Our customers ask us for an unbiased and unprejudiced view on local service providers. It's the customers who are providing the feedback, which means that a service provider’s profile is only going to get the recommendations that it deserves. That way, prospective customers can trust that they can make their own fully informed choice and find the best person for the job.
To join our reference programme, the service provider must provide a minimum of three references (which we check the legitimacy), have a minimum one years’ experience within their trade, hold all relevant qualifications that are required by law and their trade to carry out the work, and provide proof of all the above.

Open a service dispute
Whenever there is a dispute between customer and service provider, they should make a formal complaint by writing a letter to WizBizLa, with supporting documentation. Explain your problem and what you want to do to solve it. WizBizLa will help in the resolution of disputes between customer and service provider with the assistance of an independent lawyer, if applicable.
To open a service dispute the dissatisfied party pays a fee of AED 500, excluding VAT.
